Sweet and salty Jelly/foam candy, fruit/liquorice

Octopus is an acquired taste, combining a fruity side and a black side (don’t worry, the black is not ink, it’s tasty liquorice).
 
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, cornstarch, water, ammonium chloride, liquorice, acidity regulators (malic acid, sodium citrate), potato protein, coconut oil, flavours, colours (black carrot concentrate, E100, E153), salt, glazing agent (carnauba wax).
