Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched. Otherwise we are not able to offer a refund after the items have been dispatched due to being food items.

In the event that your order is damaged or is not as advertised, please return the goods by the most economical way; (we recommend myhermes). You will then be offered a replacement or a full refund. We will also reimburse you for the return postage.
Refunds cannot be made for late deliveries. You will have to contact the carrier (myhermes or Royal Mail as the case may be).
Customer has to return the merchandise within 7 days of receiving them.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 days.
